Shipping
For the time being, our store only delivers to Germany and Austria. As soon as we include other European countries in our target areas, we will of course be happy to inform you. Please sign up for our newsletter so that you are always informed.
Shipping costs within Germany are included in the price. Shipping to Austria corresponds to the current DHL shipping catalog and shipping from Germany to Austria.
Orders placed in our store are shipped from our warehouse in Düsseldorf, Germany. We aim to pack and ship fully paid orders the same working day if received before 1pm CET/CEST, or the next working day if placed later, and if there are any delays in processing your payment, this may also delay shipment, we do not fulfill orders on weekends or local holidays.

Please check your delivery address carefully as typos and incomplete address details are the most common cause of delivery problems and delays.
Delivery times for shipped orders depend on your location and the regional carrier services available there. During the peak holiday season and Christmas, this can take longer than normal, so order early to be on the safe side.
If your chosen shipping method supports tracking, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link. You can use this link to check the delivery status at any time. If you have an account in our store, you will also find the shipping information there.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to unexpected reasons, it can be returned to us by the carrier. See our refund policy for more details.
