If you want to be absolutely sure, measure the dimensions of the bag yourself. Please note that your bag inlay should always be slightly smaller than the bag itself.

With our three shapes in different sizes, we try to cover as wide a range as possible. If your model or size is not yet included, please let us know your model using the contact form.

We are constantly trying to develop new variants and make them available for you.

We currently only ship within Germany and to Austria.

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination address you specify.

Shipping is free of charge within Germany.

Depending on the bank, it may take up to 7 working days for your refund to become visible.

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please write us an e-mail or use the contact form.

Please understand that we do not have return slips.

We at SAC x AMI try to avoid mass orders for the sake of the environment.

Insured shipping is not necessary. However, we ask you to send your return with sufficient postage.
